Under the Yachiyo Company-wide Quality Policy, Yachiyo ensures the construction of quality assurance system and on-site practice of quality assurance activities.

Quality Assurance System

We are building a "Global Quality Assurance" system by appointing a "Companywide Quality Assurance Manager'' who oversees quality assurance activities throughout the company, and "Companywide Deputy Quality Assurance Officers'' who assist in each function, and strengthening collaboration with the "Quality Assurance Managers'' at manufacturing sites.

Operation of Quality Management System

We are promoting the acquisition of quality management system (IATF16949/ISO9001 standard) certification, which is an international quality standard. We have obtained standard certification at our production plants, including those overseas. Through obtaining this certification, we are able to maintain and continue a solid quality assurance system that is globally accepted. Furthermore, in order to thoroughly put the customer first, we place emphasis on making our quality management system function effectively, continue to provide safer and higher quality products, and strive to further improve quality.

Development of Quality Activities

We are working to build a corporate culture "never compromises on quality" based on the belief that raising the level of quality lies in strengthening on-site capabilities, and we hold confirmation meetings at all production sites with top management. In addition, QC circle activities (QC is an abbreviation for Quality Control) are carried out not only in the manufacturing department, but also in the departments such as development and marketing, as well as overseas plants. Each and every person working in the workplace has the awareness for quality, problems, and improvement for them in their daily work, takes the initiative to improve and solve problems, and strives to create a bright workplace that is rewarding to work in, aiming for high-quality products.
