Yachiyo has R&D bases in Japan and the U.S.A. and more than 20 manufacturing bases around the world including Japan and has established the global product supply system. More than 6,000 associates of Yachiyo work hard to provide superior technologies and distinctive products with the combination of Japanese & world’s expertise and knowledge.
Today, the structure of the world automotive market is changing drastically, and the global technical competition is intensifying. Under these changes of circumstances surrounding the world, in order to respond quickly and properly to users’ demands, Yachiyo proceeds with the establishment of the firm business structure such as enhancement of R&D activities and manufacturing system.
Yachiyo will promote overseas manufacturing to provide worldwide customers with high quality and high functional products based on the cultivated products and technologies, and will expand its business toward the establishment of global and optimum manufacturing system.
In order to establish the bases as a global company, Yachiyo proceeds with the establishment of the ICT environment that allows the R&D bases in Japan & the U.S.A. and more than 20 manufacturing bases around the world including Japan to communicate with each other in real time beyond the barriers of bases for each specialized area.
Yachiyo speeds up problem solution, shares and accumulates information and know-how through close face-to-face information exchange between manufacturing sites and the R&D divisions while showing the real products.
Yachiyo promotes Global Yachiyo “Under One Roof” (the system that allows bases in each country to carry out R&D activities while communicating with each other) with the close relationships between bases as if they were in neighboring rooms.
Yachiyo has established new overseas manufacturing bases in Mexico and Indonesia in order to expand its business in growing markets and quickly respond to customer needs. Yachiyo will aim to expand its businesses with its own strength cultivated so far, and establish its presence in the global markets.
